James Hadley

James Hadley is a senior partner at Bain & Company and was UK Managing Partner from 2020 to 2026. He joined Bain in 1996 and has advised some of the firm’s largest clients around the world since then. James is a former leader of Bain’s Strategy & Transformation practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He served 2 terms on the company’s Global Compensation & Promotion Committee, and was Managing Partner of Bain Middle East from 2008 to 2012. Outside Bain, he serves on the board of the Social Business Trust, is a trustee at Coram, and chairs Coram Life Education.
